Executive Order 00244

Fighting The Spread of COVID-19 By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the Commonwealth of Boshka, it is hereby ordered as follows: Section 1. Purpose. The 2019 novel corona-virus (COVID-19) pandemic, which originated in the People’s Republic of China, continues to pose a significant threat to the health of Boshkans throughout the Commonwealth. As we have since January 2020, with the proactive decision to limit travel, my Administration will take whatever steps are necessary to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and maintain economic prosperity. Sec. 2. Policy. It is the policy of the Commonwealth of Boshka to minimize, to the greatest extent possible the spread of COVID-19. Sec. 3. Response to Public Health Risks. After reviewing the evidence from The Boshka Department of Health and Environmental Control, we believe at this the best line of action against the spread of COVID-19 is to require all people entering Boshka to present a negative COVID-19 test result. Sec. 4. Locations. This includes, but not limited to all ports of entry. Sec. 5. Enforcement. It will be the responsibility of all Law Enforcement officers to enforce this order. Sec. 6. Consequences. Failure to comply with this order will result in a denial of entry or re-entry into the country until such results can be presented. Sec. 7. General Provisions. (a) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect: (i) the authority granted by law to an executive department or agency, or the head thereof; or (ii) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals. (b) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations. (c) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the Commonwealth of Boshka, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.
