President Bannister met with the Secretary of Education and the Secretary of Health and Environmental Control to discuss how a modern society could answer a decade old question: Should abortions be legal? The answer? Stop the need for abortions all together. With President Bannister's two step plan he puts this goal in sight for the nation.
