The Supreme Court of The Commonwealth of Boshka is Boshka’s final court of appeal. It serves Boshkans by deciding legal issues of public importance, thereby contributing to the development of all branches of law applicable within Boshka.

 

The independence of the Court, the quality of its work and the esteem in which it is held both in Boshka and abroad contribute significantly as foundations for a secure, strong and democratic country founded on the Rule of Law.

 

In accordance with the Supreme Court Act, the Supreme Court of Boshka consists of three judges, including the Chief Justice of Boshka. The Supreme Court of Boshka is an important national institution that is positioned at the pinnacle of the judicial branch of Boshka’s government.
