Department of Education

Dr. Robert Freeland, PhD. is a graduate of the University of Carnswell. In 1991, Freeland and his wife lead a famous expedition through the Austrian–Italian border and it was there, they recovered Ötzi (the Iceman). Freeland has been teaching at Harvard University Biological and Biomedical Sciences for over 15 years. Since then, he and his wife have moved to Boshka to continue their studies in the sciences. In 2017, Freeland was appointed by President Bannister as Secretary of the Department of Education.
