AN ACT
1. Short title
This Bill may be cited as "The National Age of Consent Act".
Section 1.
A Bill to set the national age of consent in Boshka .
Section 2.
This Act is to insure the safety of all Boshkans and visitors to Boshka and to define the legal age of consent in The Commonwealth of Boshka.
Section 3.
Definitions.
A. Consent is to give permission for something to happen or agreement to do something without coercion.
B. Coerce is to to persuade (an unwilling person) to do something by using force or threats.
Section 4.
The following shall be the legal age of consent:
A. Eighteen (18).
Section 5.
Exceptions to this law are as follows:
A. If the individual is younger than the age of consent (18), and is a willing participant and no more than four (4) years younger than the other party.
B. Sixteen (16) is the cut off for this exception.
Section 6.
The following are fines and penalties to this law:
1st Offense - $1,000 fine and/or 30 days in jail.
2nd Offense - $10,000 fine and 3 years imprisonment & must register as a sex offender.
3rd Offense - $ 100,000 fine and life imprisonment.
Section .
Upon the passing of this Act, it is to go into effect immediately.
