AN ACT

1. Short title

This Bill may be cited as "The 2019 Immunization Act".

Section 1.

An Act to require all children to be vaccinated at birth through the age of 18 (0 - 18 yrs).

 

Section 2.

This Act is to insure the safety of the public and to insure that viruses that have once been believed to be eradicated, never show again in The Commonwealth of Boshka.

Section 3.

We have found that, when it comes to the health of a child and when the health of the public is at risk, there can be no exceptions to this law.

Section 4.

The following are penalties for those who refuse vaccinations.

1st   offense: Infants and children ages 0 to 1 - $500 per child.

2nd offense: Children ages 1 - 5 - $1000 per child.

3rd  offense: Children ages 6 - 10 - $1500 per child.

4th  offense: Children ages 11 - 15 - $2000 per child.

5th  offense: Children ages 16 - 17 - $2500 per child.

Section 5.

These penalties shall be enforced through the Boshka Tax Administration (BTA).

Section 6.

If this Act should pass, the law will become in effect on the 2019 tax year. 1 January 2020.
