AN ACT

​

1. Short title

This Bill may be cited as "The Single Use Carry Out Bags Bill of 2019".

​

Section 1.

​

An Act to ban the use of single use carry out bags by businesses. 

 

Section 2.

​

This Act is to insure that we don't pollute pour nation with liter and to insure the safety of the wildlife that call Boshka home..

​

Section 3.

​

This Act, once passed shall take effect on 1 May 2019.

​
