AN ACT

​

1. Short title

This Bill may be cited as "The 2018 Daylight Savings Act".

​

Section 1.

​

An Act to authorize provinces to observe daylight saving time year-round. 

 

Section 2.

​

This Act is to authorize provinces to observe daylight saving time year-round, it is the intent of the Legislature that daylight saving time shall be the year-round standard time of the entire nation and all of its political subdivisions.

​

Section 3.

​

This Act, once passed shall take effect on 1 November 2018.

​
