AN ACT
1. Short title
This Act may be cited as "The Political Freedom Act".
Section 1.
In a world where divide already exists, there is no need to create more divide within our government. Therefore, this Act will eliminate the need for political parties within The Commonwealth of Boshka. No matter what party you associate with, at the end of the day, we are all Boshkans.
Section 2.
(Definitions)
(A) The term "Political Party" means, an organised group of people, often with common views, who come together to contest elections and hold power in government.
Section 3.
(History)
(A) Political Parties in Boshka were created in 2007 on the 22nd of May.
(B) The Commonwealth of Boshka is currently made up of four political parties including: The Conservative Party of Boshka, the Labour Party of Boshka, The Green Party of Boshka and the New Democratic Party of Boshka.
(C) The Conservative Party currently holds the majority.
Section 4.
(A) Effective 1 January 2019, there shall be no affiliation with political parties neither nor here or there by:
(1) Any political candidate.
(2) Any individual(s).
(3) Any political group.
(4) Any others that are not mentioned as well.
