Born in 1985 in Iraq, Danek fled to Poland to search for a better job in the private sector. While there, she met her husband Dave Czerwinski and  had three children. Not wanting her children to grow up in an environment such as herself, she and her husband Dave decided to stay in Poland, where they founded a company that jump-starts smaller independent business created by women. Many being in her home country of Iraq. In 2010, Czerwinski moved to Boshka to start her career in politics and advocate for women's rights in the work force. In 2014, she spoke in the House of Commons and was able to gain the Houses vote on a bill that would grant mothers longer maternity leave as well as their husbands.
